Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Welcome to DriveAdria ("we", "our", "us"). By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. Our Service
DriveAdria is an independent car rental referral service. We connect travellers with a local car rental partner in Croatia, based in Split.
We are not a car rental company: we do not own, operate or manage rental vehicles, and we are not a party to your rental agreement.
Using DriveAdria is free of charge for you.
2. How a Request Works
- You send a quote request through our website. A request is free and non-binding: it is not a booking and does not oblige you to rent a car.
- We forward your request by email to our rental partner and send you a confirmation email.
- The rental partner contacts you directly (by email, WhatsApp or phone) with availability, a price and the rental conditions, usually within 24 hours.
- A booking exists only once you accept the rental partner's offer. The rental agreement is concluded directly between you and the rental company.
The rental partner may not have a suitable car for your dates or route. In that case you will not receive an offer, or you will receive an alternative.
3. Prices, Cars and Availability
Prices, availability, insurance options, delivery fees and all other rental conditions are set by the rental company and confirmed in its offer.
Information on our website (for example about delivery, deposits or payment methods) describes the partner's usual practice and may change. If it differs from the offer you receive, the offer and the rental agreement apply.
Cars shown on the website are examples of car categories. Images are for illustration only; the exact model, colour and equipment are not guaranteed.
4. Payments
DriveAdria never asks you for payment and does not process payments.
Any payment for the rental, and any deposit, is made directly to the rental company according to its offer and rental agreement.
5. Rental Conditions
Rental requirements are set by the rental company and may vary. These include, among others:
- driver requirements and driving licence;
- insurance cover and liability for damage;
- deposits and payment methods;
- fuel and mileage policy;
- cross-border travel and ferry trips;
- cancellations and changes.
Please read the rental company's conditions before confirming a booking.
6. Your Responsibilities
When you send a request, please provide accurate contact details and travel information, and send only genuine requests. You must hold a valid driving licence and meet the rental company's requirements for the car you rent.
7. Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to recommend a reliable rental partner and to keep the information on this website accurate.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- car availability or price changes;
- the rental company's decisions, services or vehicles;
- accidents, damage, delays or cancellations;
- disputes between you and the rental company;
- losses arising from the rental agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Website Content
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce it without our prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or policies.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
